How do I determine the size frame (glass) I need? TOP

Frame (glass) size is determined by the size of the item you wish to have framed.
PLEASE MEASURE THE ITEM YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE FRAMED, add 3 inches to each dimension and then use the chart below to determine frame (glass)size:

EXAMPLE:  If your invitation measures 5 x 7, add 3 inches to each dimension making it 8 x 10. The 8 x 10 is the size glass you need to order.

What is included with my order? TOP
All orders include a metal display easel in either pewter or brass to coordinate with the selected border color.  Each order is carefully wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap, coordinating ribbon and arrives in a special gift box.  All orders shipped within the continental U.S. are shipped FREE via Fedex ground.

Do you provide assistance with design or flower choices? TOP
Absolutely!  We work with you throughout the entire process to ensure that your keepsake is created exactly as you want it.  We scan photos of flowers to you so that you can decide which ones are to be used in your custom framed keepsake.  We also advise on the design and layout of the flowers. Additionally, we can scan a photo of your keepsake after the flowers are attached so you can view it before it is completed.  This is especially helpful if you are having a keepsake created and sent directly to the recipients.

Where do I send my invitation to be created and framed? TOP
After you place your order, you will receive an email receipt detailing your selections and payment.  Your receipt will also contain the address and mailing instructions for sending us your invitation.

How do I order a custom size frame? TOP

If the item you would like to have framed cannot be reconfigured or trimmed to fit one of our stock sizes of glass, we can custom order glass to accommodate it. Please email us with the size of your invitation or other item you would like framed and we will provide you with a quote within a few days.

Please note that we will need an additional 3-4 weeks to create your frame due to the custom ordering of the glass. You may also need a larger or smaller display easel as well.

Please note: All custom glass orders must be pre-paid in full and payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once we place a custom glass order with our suppliers, we are required to make payment in full and we do not receive a refund for cancellations. Please E-MAIL us for further instructions.

What kind of easels are available? TOP

Easels - Our metal display easels are available in either pewter or antique brass which coordinate with the lead border also available in either pewter or brass.

How do you ship and how much does it cost? TOP

Our Shipping Policy:

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the continental U.S.

If you live outside of this area, please e-mail us and we will provide you with applicable shipping charges to your destination.

All of our finished frames are shipped via FEDEX GROUND and are delivered within 1-5 business days within the continental U.S. depending on the location of the customer. We take extra care to package your frame securely using bubble wrap, tissue paper and coordinating ribbon, and each arrives in a special gift box.

You will be notified via e-mail when your order has been shipped and may track the delivery process online. We will provide you with the FEDEX tracking number enabling you to do so.

Please notify us immediately if there is any damage to your order during shipping and we will file a claim with Fedex. To date, we have not had any damages nor losses to any orders shipped via Fedex ground!

Can I have my order gift wrapped and shipped directly to the recipient along with my own greeting card? TOP

Yes you can!  We can gift wrap your order using gift wrap and ribbon which coordinates with the colors of your custom framing and/or occasion.  You will need to provide the recipient's name and shipping address on the order form as well as check off the "Gift Wrap" and "Ship to Recipient" boxes.  Also, when you send us your invitation to be framed, please send us your personal greeting card for the recipient and we will include that with their order. Gift wrap is $5.95 per order.

How long will my order take? TOP

We take great pride in our work and devote much time, care and special attention to detail in creating each framing.  Each order takes a minimum of about 1 or 2 days to complete depending on the size and intricacy of the design.  In addition, delivery can take between 1-5 business days or more depending on your location.  Therefore,  please allow about 1 to 2 weeks for delivery from the time we receive your item to be framed. If you need your order delivered in a shorter period of time, please let us know and we will make very effort to accommodate you! There will be additional fees for overnight delivery services and we will advise you of such charges.

During the order process, we will be in touch with you frequently to discuss and confirm the details of your order. Therefore, in order to expedite your order, we request that you respond to our emails in as timely a manner as possible. 

What is your return policy? TOP

Because each of our framings is custom-made to your specifications, we can not accept any returns.

Our goal is to provide you, our customers, with a most upscale, unique and sentimental keepsake utilizing your input for customization as well as our own expertise. We take great pride in our work and make every effort to accommodate your specific requirements.

Prior to placing your order, we will be available to assist you in selecting pressed flower colors, configuration of your item to be framed and any other suggestions to ensure that you will be receiving exactly the finished product you desire.

We ask that you make sure the item you send us to be framed is clean and blemish free. Once the framings are assembled, they are permanent and can not be taken apart. If we receive an item that contains any blemishes, we will notify you immediately and ask for a replacement to be sent to us prior to framing that item. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your finished framing!

How do I care for my custom framed keepsake? TOP
Your custom framed keepsake is very fragile so please do not overhandle!  To clean the glass, spray a small amount of window cleaner on a soft cloth and gently wipe the glass.  The border is made of lead so please keep away from children and wash hands after handling. Your custom keepsake must be kept out of humidity and strong light to prevent the flowers from fading.
